At USA Neon Sign, all of our products are custom-made to order, which means each sign is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Once approved, we will remake and ship a replacement sign at no cost
Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details (including spelling, size, color, and design) are correct before submitting the order. USA Neon Sign is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping-related issues when possible.
