Return Policy

At USA Neon Sign, every sign is custom-made with care, so all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your sign arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to support@usaneonsign.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will evaluate the problem and either repair or replace your sign at no additional cost if it is confirmed to be defective or damaged in transit.

Note: Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
